2016 ES 300H Deals

Do you know what the 24/12 and 36/12 numbers are for the ES 300H (residuals and MF's)? I got a quote for a 36/12, $1000 down for 483/month on the 44K MSRP vehicle? I am located in South Florida.

    I'm showing 62% and .00070; is some of the $3000 down being used as MSD?

    We don't recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    What is the breakdown of the $3000, then?

    $390/mo + tax looks pretty solid for a $49K car.

    I'm back at it again, looking to do another lease on a 2016 ES300h. Can you please provide the current mf and residuals for a 36 month lease term, and 10/12/15k miles. Also, if you can provide the buy-rate for the curent LFS Bank Fee, it has been a couple of years, but last deal it was around $780, or so, as I recall, that would be appreciated. Lastly, is the $500 Cash and 1st Month Payment waived, still out there? In Northern California. Thank you!

    Hi, can I get the RV and MF for a 36 month/15k per year lease for a 2016 ES300h in Southern California?

    Also, this may be a basic/obvious question, but how is lease cash applied? Is it in addition to whatever price you can negotiate off the MSRP?
