Good or bad offer for 2016 Mazda CX 5 Sport lease in CA?

Please help! Don't have any experience in leasing. Desperately need advice. Got an lease offer for Mazda CX 5 2016 Sport (its actually called 2016.5) $310/m including sales tax for 36 m/12,000 miles/0 down. Am I getting a good deal? Thank you in advice.

    Not enough information - what is the MSRP and selling price?

    We don't yet have the 2016.5 lease numbers, so we can only offer general advice at this time.

    MSRP is $23,595. Total MSRP (including Delivery, Processing and Handling fees) is $24,495. dealer said he can sell it for $23,495.

    Not sure if you can get more of a discount .. check with several dealers. Ought to be lots of them in CA - north or south?

    Yep, lots of Mazda dealers there. Get them to compete against one another to secure the best price. Every $500 off the price translates to a payment $14 less each month for 36 months.
