So I guess I can ask the question here then, could provide the rates for the 2016 GL350 and the GL450 for 36 months (unless there is a better 39 month rate) at both 15k and 12K miles a year.

Also, are there any incentives and/or cash incentives for a lease?

36/15 numbers
GL350 - standard MF (.00200-.00220) and 58%
GL450 - .00084 and 55%

Add 2% for 12K

No 39 month program from MB

No incentives that I'm aware of.

Is the standard MF for a 2016 GL 550 the same as the GL 350 which you stated above was (.002 - .0022)?

I was just offered an MF of .0016 and residual of 49%. It looks like the MF qouted may be good however the residual is probably too low.

He did not state the miles, however a few weeks ago he quoted me a 36mo/12K so maybe he is using those figures. If you would be so kind as to provide data for different miles using 36mo as the lease term, that would be very helpful.

GL550 MF should be between .00200-.00220, but we don't know for sure.

55% residual for 36/12.

Your quote could be from a third party bank - our numbers are from MBFS.

Now that you mention it, he did mention in the quote that it was from US Bank.
Does it benefit the dealership to use financing outside MBFS?

Sorry for my ignorance, never leased a car before, always purchased outright.

I'm sure there is something in it for the dealer.

But, we don't have those numbers so can't tell you if the .00160 MF is the base rate or if the dealer marked it up.

Hi.. probably a dumb question since it's exactly what you listed above, but I wanted to please confirm the GL450 #'s for March are: .00084 and 55% for 36/15... The MF seems very low, and my dealer is pushing back (but I am used to them lying) - just want to confirm before I drop them for another dealer.

Never mind, I see it was .00084 last month too.. Wow, my dealer quoted .0019 (higher than base for a 350!) and refuses to admit there is anything better.. Of course, I am dealing with someone who told me that the lease rates are higher because Mercedes' retain their value... Yes, he said that.

I'm wondering if you are privy to leasing/financing numbers from MBF at this time?

Ordered a 2017 GLS450 at $93K which is coming very close to GLS550 price (98K). I'm very much inclined towards 550 for its V8 engine. For leasing, my dealer says there'll a huge difference in Money factor and residual value between 450 and 550 resulting in $400-500 difference in monthly payments. I know the MF's are not out for 2017's but wanted your opinion based on history. Thanks and appreciate it!

We do have th3 2017 GLS numbers ...

standard MF (around .00200-.00220) for all trims.

36/15 residual for the 450 is 57%; for the 550, 54%.

At $100K MSRP (give or take), that 3% difference is $3000, or about $83/mo on a 36 month lease.

Not nothing, for sure, but not the $400-500 the dealer thinks it will be.

Before the MSDs are applied, I get $815/mo with tax.

The base MF is .00084; do you know what the MF is after MSD?

When I drop the MF to .00014, the payment (with tax) is roughly $730/mo.

I would confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer; my guess is that they are adding the acquisition fee to the selling price.

We don't maintain a history of the lease numbers, so can't answer your question about which month is best.

The current numbers for the 2016 GL450 for 36/10 are 58% and .00084
