    When I used to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia a long time ago, cars were driven around with the front end covered in vaseline. Looked super nasty but they did it as it protected the cars from the numerous sand storms they encountered.

    Have you tried glass polish? I've never used it, but AutoGeek seems to have a product that may fit your need...

    Seems like low quality paint and low quality glass caused this.
