Any December MF/Residuals for 2016 HSE in NY/NJ area? In additional to the $1k lease cash is there any other incentive, dealer cash?

We don't have incentive information for Land Rover

Thank you, it appears that from another poster in CA also reported that they dealer offered .00154MF and I got 62% residual on the hse for 36 months, is that a trap or something that happens with LR and chase?

another offer i have received, i am more inclined to go with this one since its more convenient for me and looks like a better deal

Thank you, didn't saw your response before when I was typing up the other post The dealer didn't offer the 154 MF until I said I have gotten that from a competitor, also remember there used to be both U.S. bank and chase for leasing LRs so I asked, it's thru chase and the credit app is also with chase, so I guess there are some room to play with on these new discos The first dealer that spent the time took me on a test drive lost the deal mainly due to their attitude about not willing to discuss price over email I didn't take one dealer's number to shop against the next one, going to schedule my turn in and pay a deposit so I can get thing sorted before taking delivery next weekend Thanks all!

As is, your numbers translate to a payment of $505/mo + tax. What is the net cap cost?

48684 is the gross cap cost 2082 is sales tax 290 DMV fee 795 acquisition 75 doc 10 inspection 12.50 tire Msrp 48828 sale price 45419 monthly $580 drive $0 down (I took delivery already was going for 600 a month but remember you and mentioned 39 month with same residual is best deal so went for it) comes to 20 bucks less a month) Thanks again for your expert answers!

We don't track selling prices - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to get to the price tools.

Can someone explain the lease numbers behind Land Rover's current offer on their web site for the Disco HSE? When I use their figures I'm getting a .00145 MF with a 65% residual.

65% residual is correct for 36/10, which the ad is based on.

We've noticed that LR lease rates have lately been about .00100 lower than what we show, when we get reports of actual deals, so that isn't surprising.

However, you can't reverse engineer the money factor, without knowing the assumed dealer discount from MSRP, if any. I don't see the CAP cost disclosed in the ad.

@kyfdx - You're correct they don't post the cap cost anywhere I can find, but if you assume they sold the car at invoice the MF still needs to be WAY below the .00275.

If I reverse engineer cap cost at .00275 that would be 39k which seems a bit nutty for a '16.

As I noted above, we are hearing of lower money factors on Land Rover leases than what our information shows. More like .00175. That's just hearsay, but when you hear it enough times... well..

68% / 62%. We still show the MF as .00275, but lots of folks have been reporting the .00175 MF. Can't confirm with the information we have.

Also, generally speaking, I assume the numbers are not favorable on a 2 year lease?
Trying to decide if I want to wait for the 2017, but the dealers seem to be offering some pretty good discounts right now on the 2016s.
