Standard MF and 59% (24/15), 52% (36/15) or 44% (48/15).

Add 2% for 12K

Yes, add 2% for 12K

Don't convert the MF to a percentage; it will just confuse things when you start to work with the dealer.

The .00200-.00220 is the range we believe is for the 'standard' MF for MB. Dealers are free to mark this up for extra profit.

The 36/10 residual for the E63S is 59%; add 1% for 7.5K

She was coming out of an E550 but fortunately I was able to convince her that the E400 would suit her needs. MBZ did the heavy lifting by making the E550 MF/residual combination so unappealing. Thanks for your help!

Those are top-tier rates. Can't tell you if you'll qualify or not.

. Also. I was looking on the promotion details. MSPRP $60255 and GCC $57609 and Sign up with $3999 + $795 and First month $589... the numbers doesn't match unless i use MF 0.00062 with 57% RV. to bring it $589 with no tax included. What is the mistake i'm doing here? TIA.

The 57% RV is for 36/10. And, the $3999 is a cap reduction.

That's about it and was modifying the MF to get to $589. Without tax. What would be your calculation?
Grass cap cost $57609 and Due when sign up $3999 + $795. The dealers discount is $2646 which is less than 5% of MSRP.

If I use $53,610 as the net cap cost, the payment is $562/mo before tax.

I was just looking on a dealer promo on the lease. MSRP $ 60,705.00 Selling Price $ 56,526.00 and down $ 4,199.00 does not include Acquisition and 1st month payment. Its $519 with 0.00031 MF

But the $4199 down really adds another $117/mo to the payment, so true payment is $636/mo. Just a "meh" deal.

Negotiate your best selling price and ensure that the MF isn't marked up. That will get you the best payment.

Residual: 61%

Also, do you have any information on combining MSD MF discounts with the Autopay MF discount? I think the answer's no.

New here...Received an offer and I want suggestions if this is a good deal. Please help.
Mercedes 2016 E350 Priced at $61,915 and talked down to $51,310 with $3500 Mercedes incentive.
Leasing vehicle for 36 months/10k miles a year at $506 a month and did auto pay with max security deposit of $5500. Acquisition fee of $1095(a little high). Basically paid $7762 at signing including tax and security deposit. MF was at .00011 and Residual 57%.

Auto Pay and MSD are helping your payment a lot. $500/mo (with tax?) for a $62K MB is an excellent deal.
