Can you please post the MF, residual value and any incentives/lease cash/loyalty dollars for:

2016 2.0 Premium Plus Quattro for 36 months/15,000 miles and 39 months /1500 miles?

MSRP at dealer is $57,440

I'm in Florida. Many thanks in advance.

Is the Sales Tax on a lease payment determined by the state you register the car in or the state you lease from? i.e. If I lease in NH, but register the car in NJ What tax is calculated in the Lease Agreement.

Sales tax is collected for the state you register in.

Just shopped a 2016 A-6 Premium Plus MSRP $55,100.00 in the Los Angeles area. Ended up going to Mike Phelan at Santa Monica Audi. Gave me the best lease price with no hassle. Very open and honest. Stay away from Keyes..... and Ruznak. They jack you around, say they will match pricing and then don't. Beware of going to those dealers without something in writing before heading in and that may not be enough. I have had two experiences with Keyes dealers where I had a written quote and when I went in to get car they tried to back out or change the written quote. My slogan is that if purchased at Keyes, you probably paid way too much. Managers are not trustworthy.

Add 1% for 10K. Subtract 1% for Premium Plus

Is it a good deal? Or should I look for better?

Base MF is .00081, so that's marked up some.

What mileage allowance? How much of the $3000 is for CAP cost reduction?

yes premium plus.

12k miles a year. $2600 is cap cost. Rest of tags/registration etc. I have an Infiniti and a Lexus in my household right now, I believe there is a loyalty rebate included in the 51k price.

At your money factor how much should I be looking at for a monthly payment?

$541.mo.+tax, at .00081 MF and 55% residual. Assuming CAP cost is $2600 less than sale price. (What about 1st payment, acquisition fee, etc?)

Being new to this, when I plug in those figures to obtain a lease rate, is that considered the lowest monthly lease rate I can expect to negotiate at the dealership? Just trying to figure out how to best use the MF and RV.

Secondly, what would be the residual value and money factor for a 10K, 3 year lease.

The prices look good, but assuming this is the 2.0T model, the base MF is .00037.

Just to give a little background on my previous question, in my case the dealer ran the credit and he just 0.0008 is the best MF even though my credit was excellent. I trusted his word.

MF is set by the bank and is for tier 1 credit. It can be lowered by using multiple security deposits.

There is an uplift of .00040 on the MF for tier 2 credit. We don't know the scores that determine the cut off, however.

It's possible they are marking up the money factor for extra profit. It might even be probable..

Hi Moderator, thank you very much for your help. I went back to the dealership and inquired about the higher MF in my contract. The good news is that they corrected the MF to 0.00037 which brought down my payment to 622 including taxes. You guys are doing a great service. Thank you again.

I was given .00037MF and 52% residual today from local dealer. Thought residual was 55%.

.00037 and 52% for 36/15. 55% is for 36/10.

S-Line package does not affect the numbers.

I showed the MF and residual and he gave me that exact value. He said they're allowed to mark it up a little, but didn't. Got a pretty good deal on the price as well. This was in San Jose, CA. Thanks for help!
