Next tier down adds .00040 to the money factor.

Can't calculate a payment without the MSRP and projected selling price.

Are the below questions enough to get answers back to bounce them off this forum to see if I'm getting a good deal?

1 - MF Rate and Residual Rate they are working with on the Audi
2- MSRP and Adjusted Cap Cost
3-Obviously the exact Model and packages
4-Is the First Payment Included in the deal
5-Are the acquisition fees, dealer fees and DMV fees included in payment along with applicable taxes
6-Is Audi Care included in payment as well.

I'm I missing anything?

Can anyone tell me what the fees are that you pay up front in addition to a down payment? For example if the dealer quotes me $1795 initial payment does that mean $1000 is a down payment and $795 is acquisition (?) fee? Is it going to be the same at any Audi dealership?

Using your prices, I get a payment of $462/mo for the Premium and $532/mo for the Prem Plus.

The only variables in a lease are the MF and the adjusted cap cost. If they are using .00099 as the MF, then their cap cost must be about $1800 higher than what you've given me ($51/mo x 36 months). Confirm that number with the dealer, and see what they may have added to it.

No... I would say they are marking up the money factor or adding other charges. That is way too big of a spread.

$2500 upfront and $474/mo. is not a cheap payment for a $41K vehicle.

That might be the price, but there has to be a lot of other charges added on top of that to get to $474/mo.
Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost.

It looks like $42,905 is the MSRP not the $39,400 you list in your first sentence, right?

.00099 MF and 59% residual for 36/12

If all of those fees are rolled into the $41,234, like you show, then the payment would be $474/mo.+tax.

But, with $3000 upfront? Assume $2500 goes to CAP cost reduction, then the payment should be $408/mo.+tax.
10K/yr would raise the residual by 1% and that payment would be $397/mo.+tax

I've noticed that some of the commenters have been able to get substantial discounts on their 2017 A4 ($2000 or more off MSRP). Could you possibly share how you were able to negotiate such a good deal on a 2017 model?

When I talked to the guy at the dealer, he said that they were so hot and new right now that there was no way they were going down and right now people are paying "above MSRP" for this vehicle. He did show me the MF/RV in his book and so I know that those won't be inflated, but I still need him to bring the cap cost down by more than $1000 (which Audi offers to everyone right now).

Any thoughts on this, community? Thanks!
