I got a lease quote for 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Touring, how far can I negotiate?

I got a lease quote for Mazda 2016.5 CX5 touring near LA, CA
Term:36 months
Miles: 12K

can it get better than this, i am targeting $220 per month with $1000 down, is that realistic?

    In a very general sense, to drop $65/mo on the payment, you'll have to negotiate another $2300 or so off the selling price ($65 x 36).
