2016 BMW 3 series lease deal

It was my first time to lease BMW. After reading through this forum, I started to wonder how I ended paying so much on my new 2016 BMW 3 series xDrive. Here is what I got.
Final negotiated price: 41500 (excluding Acquisition fee, dealer processing fee, title, tag and registration fee) MSRP 50280
36 month 12K miles
No downpayment
MSDx5 + 1st month = $3881 paid at signing.
I'm paying $631 monthly.
I started to realize that this price is ridiculous.
What went wrong?
Addition, when I asked what the MF was, sales guy said it was 0.0024 which I didn't know what that means at that time.

.00138 MF and 62% residual for 36/12.
Five MSDs would take the MF down to .00103, assuming you are getting the base rate.
Maryland does tax the full amount of sale, which is a lot compared to some other states.
The deal may not be as bad as you feel, but it's hard to know without the details
