2016 Audi A6 3.0 Lease

Hi,

My lease is up in May 2016 on my Audi A6 3.0 2013, has 40.500 miles had for 40 months and I have one payment left of 577.89 to make. The dealer told me they will take my car as is (meaning I don't have to change the breaks and roders in the front which is needed and there are some scratches on the 3 of the rims, small dent on side in back and a scratch on bumper). I don't have to make the last payment nor do I have to pay any fees. I'm interested in buying another the 2016 Audi A6 3.0 premium plus, s line sport package w/ preferred equipment credit when LED headlights included, Bose Sound system w/subwoofer, Audi Guard all-weather floor mats, audi guard wheel lock and cargo net 12k miles/year for 36 months. They offered me a payment of 695 monthly with 3501.29 which includes first month's payment. The residual is 34,000. Can you please tell me if this is a good deal?

    Thanks for getting back to me. The MSRP 60845. I'll tell you the selling price tomorrow. The state is CT and the tax is 6.35%.

    I get $686/mo with tax added in. About $350-400 difference, in total. Find out the adjusted cap cost - if different than the selling price, find out what's been added.

    The base MF is .00006.
    If your MF has only three zeroes, it's being marked up.

    The difference is $50/mo. What payment are they quoting?
