Hi All, working on a deal on a Q7, let me know if this makes sense. 2017 Premium Plus, MSRP $65,500, cap cost is $63,875, MF .00200, Residual 62%, $3k down from trade in equity, 0 out of pocket. I am in Florida if that makes a difference. Thanks for the help

How much of the trade equity is being used to cover the up front costs?

Read back through the last page of two of the discussion to see what kind of discounts others have been able to get.

i'm currently negotiating one, and I'm at 3% off so far, without a ton of effort. It's a hot car, and moving off the lots quickly. I don't expect to get past 3.5% or so.....

Can someone tell me the U.S. Bank MF rate. I am being told by a dealer that it varies by Loan to Value Ratio, such that it is 90% or less the money factor is .00120 for 36 months, 95%-91% .00135 and 105%-96% .00164.

I just did calculation, the MF for $794 ($58 tax) should be 0.0021

What does the $3000 up front cover?

Breakdown of the $3000:
$795 - first month payment
$498 - registration fee
$695 - Acquisition fee
$$ - a bunch of other small fees (Doc, tire, etc)
$772 - the rest of down payment goes to Cap Cost reduction

How did you get $874 with MF 0.0017? What I get is $696 + tax, I'm following this formula:
Monthly payment = (Adjusted Capital Cost + Residual) * Money Factor + (Adjusted Capital Cost - Residual) / Lease Term

My apologies in advance for using the incorrect forum as I could not find another. I am confused on the 2017 wording. Does that mean that a 2018 will be coming out later this year or that the 2017 will continue until this time next year with no changes? thanks in advance

Technically, a car would have to be made available for sale on or after January 1, 2017, in order for it to be labeled a 2018 model year.

So, for the time being, all Q7's will be 2017.

New to Audi having been leasing BMW X5 for the last 10 years. Got the following rates for a 2017 Q7 lease:
36 months / 12,000 miles per year
Residual: 63% for Premium or Premium Plus / 61% for Prestige
MF: .00237
No discount at all from MSRP

Thoughts???
