    Hi!

    Newbie for car lease here,
    Net Total : $42,430
    Destination: $995
    Total suggested: $43,425

    What would be the MF and RV for this Clearance 2016 BMW X1 in the state of ME (Maine) for both 12000 miles/year and 15000 miles/year for 3 year lease?

    I got an initial quote 2k down $479/month for 12000 miles/year 36 months. Is this a good deal?

    Add 2% to the residual to go from 36/15 to 36/12.

    Got the following quote for a 15k/year 36 month lease on a 2016 BMW X1. Can anybody let me know what the monthly payments would be?

    MSRP: 42335
    Selling price: 38100
    Zero down towards cap cost and no trade in
    Dealer quoted MF: .00132
    Residual: 60% for 15k/year 36 month lease.
    Tax rate: 6.35%

    Dealer is quoting $486/month with $1561 due on signing (1st month payment, bank fee of $925, and doc fees) plus DMV fees. Lease Hackr gives me $464/month. Any help appreciated.

    I get $464/mo with those numbers.

    A couple of observations:

    1. The base MF is .00137 this month; are you eligible for some sort of fleet discount on the MF?
    2. Find out what the adjusted cap cost is; if higher than the selling price, find out what is being added. $22/mo is about $800 total
