    Can you provide current lease cash, money factor and residual for 2016 Trax LT 12k/15k 24 month lease. This would be in Tennessee. Thanks

    Sorry, but I realized that one I am considering is a remaining new 2015, LTZ. Does that change the residual?

    No 2015 model lease information. Don't think you can lease a 2015 Trax.

    I sure see why there are so many 2015 Trax on the lots in middle Tennessee.

    While I was able to get the .00040 MR and 65% residual, they are trying to add so many fees that the lease did not work out.

    I had a $3000 bonus and $400 from GM Card to use by today.

    They are adding a $595 Acquisition Fee, $494 Capitalization Tax and even something called a business vehicle tax to the lease. Does GM Financial have such a high acquisition fee on a 24 month lease?

    They basically said that on a 24 month / 15K lease I would have

    MSRP 27685
    Selling Price 25845
    Down payment $595
    Bonus savings 3400 as additional down payment
    but result in adj. cap cost of $23996 with all the fees.
    resulting in 24 payments of $285
    and $395 disposition fee.
    That is a total lease cost of $10,635

    This did not seem like a good deal on a Trax.

    24/15 - .00040 and 65%. Add 1% for 12K
    36/15 - .00040 and 54%. Add 2% for 12K
    $1090 lease cash

    MR MODERATOR- Are the numbers still .00040 and 56% on a 36/12k in NY? Also- Lease, Loyalty and Bonus Cash still available to work the net cap cost down?

    Those numbers are still correct for August. I only see $1090 lease cash.
