Numbers on base Lexus IS 200Tz

Looking for a base IS 200T in AZ I've seen MSRP $39,348. Discount $4,342. Total Cap $37,699. Rebate $2950. Cash down $2500. Net Cap $32,300. 15,000 miles over 3 years. Money factor .0011, Residual 58% . Payment $350.including tax. Where is the wiggle room to get the payment down to about $300/mo?

    That is $324/mo.+tax. Don't see you taking $1800 out of that deal to get it to $300.

    I got the base IS 200t 2016 3 year lease, 15,000 miles/yr., $4,250 down, $278/mo.

    does anyone have the MF residual for September ? Same incentives ? Looking to get a 12k or 15k miles a year. Thanks in advance.

    can i get numbers for 7500/36 and 10k/36 base model in northern california ?

    In real life, what would be the different in monthly payment between 7500 miles compare to 10k a month ?

    62% / 61% and .00110. $2600 lease cash.

    The difference in payment is 1% of the MSRP, divided by the lease term of 36 months. On a $35,000 sticker price, about $10/mo.
