Hi all.

I'm just a week or two away from leasing my next Audi (this will be my 4th Audi lease). I've narrowed it down to an A6 Prestige or an S6 Premium Plus (I'd prefer a Prestige also but can't locate one). They currently have some pretty good deals on these since the 2017 models are almost here. Can someone please give me residual and money factor for:

2016 A6 Prestige 36/12 & 42/12
2016 S6 Premium Plus 36/12 & 42/12
2016 S6 Prestige 36/12 & 42/12 (in case I somehow locaate one)

Also, any idea when numbers will be available for the 2017 models? If not far off I may consider waiting.

Do you know if the Edmunds TMV price of a vehicle includes current incentives? For example, if I build a vehicle on Edmunds and it displays the side by side Invoice/MSRP/TMV, would any incentives like the $2000 summer of Audi or $1000 loyalty be included in those numbers? Or would I then be able to then deduct the incentives from the TMV?

Met with Audi yesterday, 2016 A6 2.0T Quattro, S-Line. MSRP 54245 Giving me the AFS and Conquest incentives, 2500.00....plus 3207.00 for Summer of Audi....puts Cap cost at 48538.00, KS tax 1778.04
Anyone know what they include in the 3107.49 drive off? Trying to negotiate down and only pay the minimum amount of cash flow. Any more room in the Cap cost to negotiate? Showed me they were under invoice, which I know is BS,.

What lease term and how many miles is this for?

Drive off ought to include acquisition fee, first payment, dealer fee, DMV costs. Does KS collect sales tax up front for a lease?

For Audi, 6% discount from sticker, before incentives, is a good price.
