  You're close to "NOVA" @quinnhsu and that whole area is good Honda buying country.
  
  Even though they are freshly out, the LX sedan (automatic) is already selling for close to invoice. The TMV average price paid is $$22,215, vs Invoice of $22,030.
  
  Your quote is $2,400 below invoice if that's for the automatic.
  
  If you are shopping the manual, then you're at $1,700 below invoice and that seems more "reasonable" to me for current buying conditions.
  
  All my numbers include the $835 destination.
  
  I'm thinking those are good numbers for either transmission - you can't do anything about the taxes so the only thing to watch out for are high doc fees or dealer add-ons, like protection packages or other junk that's usually over-priced.

  Ah, k, that makes the price for the automatic more like what I'm used to seeing for educated buyers. Still looking good, about $1,600 below invoice.
  
  You could try to figure out the taxes and fees and then ask the dealer for an out the door price. That way you might be able to squeeze another $200 off (the dealer would eat part of their doc fee, in other words). But that's almost a why bother thing.
  
  Or just shop the quote around, you might stumble onto a dealer who really needs a Labor Day holiday sale to make some kind of bonus.
