MSRP is the bottom line number on the window sticker - base price + options + destination.

Rolling everything in to the monthly payment and only giving them first months payment I get $290.00 a month. Does this sound crazy low for a $33,000 car. Upon talking to a few dealerships they seem to think it's an outrageous unreasonable deal.

1) Is my $290 number in the correct ball park?
2) Is this in fact completely unreasonable for a fully loaded rogue?

The general response I got from dealerships have been that true car quotes the selling prices on vehicles way too low. Thoughts?

Based on the discussions in this forum, I feel that with the trade in I should be looking for some where around $200 Per month OTD?

Are my expectations right or if this deal is good as it is so i can go for it. Please advise.

Looks very good. Seems like all of those fees and tax are already included in the price. When I subtract $3000 from the selling price, I get $243/mo, without adding any of those fees in.

Rebates - 5500
Residual - 19,465 (57%)
Tax (NY 8%)
$0 due at signing
MF - 0.00103

Dealer is quoting $340 a month lease payment. I am getting $329. Are either of us doing the correct math?

The price isn't that far off. If I roll in $1200 to cover the first payment, $595 acquisition fee and title/license fees, I'm at $361/mo, with the base money factor.

Hey guys. I really need your help because my sister and I just got robbed by a dealership in NY.

We just leased a 2016 SL AWD premium package Rogue

MSRP $34,219.53
Sales price $33624
MF: 0.00003
RESIDUAL: 19323.00
Rolled in all fees including taxes dmv fees, etc.
Breakdown of fees.
DMV: 332.50
DEST: 900
1ST MONTHLY: 275
PREP: 499
AQUIS:595
TAXES:1346.63
TOTAL: 3948.13

WE had agreed on a monthly payment of 275$. We were advised to roll in all taxes and fees.
Somehow, the monthly payment changed from 275 to 399. We have no idea how the jump happened.

Can someone Please explain this to us. Do we need to go back to the dealership? My sister doesn't want to drive the unless we settle this as we feel cheated and ripped off.

It seems like they either converted the MF from.72 to 7.2%.
That's the only thing that I can find that they screwed over.
Our math ; 3949 + 7.2% is 122$ a month. 275+122 is 397 close to what we are paying.

I have pics of the contract. After going to the dealership we told them we rather pay the cash now rather than later and they said nothing can be done.

Most importantly should this dealer be reported to nissan for taking advantage and not disclosing the change in rate.

$3900 in taxes and fees is just over $100/mo on a 36 month lease. I don't think the MF changed.

If you've signed the paperwork and taken delivery, there may not be much you can do. Politely ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, with everything rolled in. We can run the numbers to check the math.

That said, the only number I take issue with is the $900 destination; that should be part of the MSRP.

MSRP: $30,170
Net Cap (including tax, ttl, fees, credits): $27,836
Depreciation: $10,639.10
Rent fee: $48.64
Total Monthly: $296.88

Is this right? The dealer I'm currently working with says the APR is 2.5% for lease. Which if I understand money factors correctly the MF for 2.5% APR translates to 0.00104 MF. This is significantly higher than the 0.00003 for previous months. I have excellent credit and know I will qualify for Tier 1.

Any insight? Additionally, whats a fair price for a document fee?

Be polite and tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF.

And, reach out to other dealers - the competition will get you the best price.
