2016 Nissan Leaf Lease

Hi,

Can I know the residual value and money factor for both S trim and SV trim for 36 months @ 12/15k? Also, what incentives are available? I heard of the Leaf Loyalty Bonus Cash. I'm at SoCal.

    .00003 MF and 27%/30% residual for S/SV for 36/15.
    Add 1% for 12K/yr.

    There is at least $7500 of customer lease cash, but I don't have any other incentive info.
