Hello All,
I was hoping to get some opinions on how much I should be looking to pay for a 2015 328i with around 10k on it. I have seen some dealers have them listed for around 28-30k but feel thats over priced. Thanks for helping and any advice is greatly appreciated!

Next best is to figure out a good selling price, add in the taxes and aim for that as your OTD number. That cuts out junk fees, or at least eliminates negotiating on each line item.
Oh, some dealers are better at prepping CPO cars - there's plenty of posts around where a CPO car turns out to have dumb stuff wrong with it, like mismatched tires or unsafe brake pad thickness. I wouldn't rely too much on those vaunted 133 point checklists. The warranty is nice to have, but who wants to waste time getting stuff fixed that the inspection should have caught? A pre-purchase inspection may pay off, since a CPO is still a used car.

For instance, in 2011 I bought my 2009 328i Xdrive coupe, which had a sticker of $45k for $25k. It was at an Audi dealer and they just wanted it gone after sitting on the lot. Did not have certified warranty just balance of original.
It's all about how much you are willing to spend.

2016's are great prices right now. For instance I was just quoted 7k off of sticker for a new 2016 with about a $38k sticker.
There was a 2016 with 6k miles driven by a BMW exec that was still avail, had a $51k sticker that they were initially coming off with $9k off of sticker.
Since you are looking at a 2015... I would also take the 2016 prices into consideration.

BMW is offering 0.9% APR for 72 months on this model.
Also, $1500 option allowance (rebate).
Taking the rebate into account, they are only discounting a 2016 model by $1600. Then adding $695 for what?
The payment calculations are correct.
If they gave you $2000 more off (7% off MSRP, remove $695 fee, subtract $1500 incentive), and used the base rate of 0.9% APR, the payment would be drop by $50/mo.

Look at the lease thread.... I just picked up my $37k for $30k. Others are getting similar $7k to $8k discounts.
