Nissan Altima lease question

Can you please let me know MF

and residual for Altima 2016 SL, 36 month, 12,000 miles a year in NY.
I have an offer $330 a month with zero out of pocket for SL $30,000 MSRP, $24,123 negotiated price. Can it be lower at all?

    .00003 MF and 47% residual.

    $279/mo.+taxes and fees.

    $50/mo. is $1800. If the taxes and fees add up to that, then the calculations are correct. No guidance on the selling price, though.

    First time looking to lease a car.
    Interested in leasing a 2016 or 2017 Nissan Altima S(MSRP: $24,475) in CA.
    Please post the MF and residuals for:
    36 months, 12k a year as well as any incentives available.
    For 2016 incentives I find: A total of $4,750 ($2000 bonus lease cash, $1750 dealer, $500 NMAC and $500 Bonus)
    I'm looking for No down.

    2017: .00003 MF and 53% residual

    We don't have the incentive info.

    Could you give us the MF and RV for both the 2016 and 2017 Altima SV in Florida. 36/12 and 36/15?
