    could you please inform me about the money factor and residual values of the following civics for 12,000miles / 36 months lease? I live in Reno, Nevada. Will the numbers be different if I lease the civic from a dealer in Sacramento, California?

    Thank you for your information, it is very helpful. I am still bargaining with the dealership. I am still considering which model I would like to lease. It might be a 2017 Civic Hatchback or Sedan and 2016 Civic. In the near future, I will share with everyone in this forum about the final deal.

    Meanwhile, could you please also provide me with the Residual Value and Money Factor of the 2017 Civic LX Sedan CVT and 2017 Civic LX Sedan with sensing? These are also for 12,000/36 lease in Reno, NV.

    Michaell, thanks for the numbers you provided earlier. I came from the dealer a few hours ago and they quoted me a MF of .00190 where you provided .00175. I have excellent credit and would qualify for the lowest rate but I guess they quoted me higher to give themselves wiggle room since they did not actually run my credit. I am hoping it was not markup of the MF.

    Michaell, thanks for the numbers you provided earlier. I came from the dealer a few hours ago and they quoted me a MF of .00190 where you provided .00175. I have excellent credit and would qualify for the lowest rate but I guess they quoted me higher to give themselves wiggle room since they did not actually run my credit. I am hoping it was not markup of the MF.
    Sometimes, MF quotes are given with the security deposit waived for an extra bump. If that's the case, you want to make the security deposit to get the lower rate.

    63% is the correct residual for 36/12.

    Base MF is .00175; Honda dealers generally don't mark up the MF for extra profit.

    Honda does not offer 10K lease allowances; the following numbers are for 12K.

    .00175 and 69% or 63% (Sport) or 66% or 60% (EX-L Nav)

    No information on Sport Touring availability.
