Can you please share the ongoing offers for Residual and MF for a 2017 AWD RX 350 in NJ?

Planning to lease a base model that has an MSRP of 46K. Hoping to get a monthly around $500. Is that reasonable with no down payment?

    10, 000 miles/3 year term. MSRP is listed as 48, 933, so selling price after negotiations can come to around 46,000 approximately.
    Leasing in NJ where the tax rate is 7%.

    Is this the base model or the F-Sport?

    .00155 MF, but the residuals are slightly different.

    Is it your intention to pay the taxes and fees up front, or add them to the selling price?

    Hi Michaell, this is the AWD base model. What would be the residual on the base? I will pay the taxes and fees upfront, but not willing to pay any security deposit or down payments.
