Would anyone happen to know the MF and RV for pretty much every trim at 36mo/12k in New York?
And what time of year does Nissan typically do their highest rebates/incentives? I could wait a few months before trading in my current lease if need be.

All trim levels have the same numbers - .00003 and 52%.

No incentive information, so can't tell you when they are the best.

Hey Michaell.
Went down to the local dealer today and found a 2016 SR hidden in the back of the lot covered in leaves and bird poop.

This car has a few extras added, kickplates and spoiler, ect.
When we started talking about the numbers things seemed off. Can you share your thoughts?
MSRP - $37,770.00
After add-ons and destination - $39,830.00
Dealer dropped it down to - $31,131.00 with an after tax and fee net of $33635.79

On a 36mo/12k finance came back with this -
$419 w/ $0 down
$345 w/ $2500 down
$330 w/ $3000 down

Using your numbers here i was expecting to see $298 w/ $0 down. Am I doing something wrong?

I gave you the 2017 residual. 2016 residual is 50%

With the 50% change and all other things being the same I am still at $333 w/$0 down.
Not sure where their numbers differ, I will let you know what I find out. Thanks again.

I passed on it that deal though because I fell in love with the SR Midnight package and made the upgrade since the numbers were similar enough.

Nissan does not offer 10K leases; 12K is the fewest miles allowed.

Hello all. Thanks for posting all the great info. Great resource. Been lurking for a while and thought I should contribute. I think I will be leasing this car in next few months. If any of you are actually getting quotes, would be interested to know what terms are being thrown around. Looking in Michigan for SL or Platinum, 36 or 39 with 15k per year. Seems like out the door prices can vary pretty widely. So negotiated price becomes the biggest variable since we are working with same residuals and MF for most part. I will be sure to post my numbers when I have them.

.00003 and 53% for 36/15 on all trims. 39 month numbers are not competitive.

These numbers expire on 1/3/17, so if you aren't leasing immediately, check back for current numbers.

With MF so low, I think this is a fair deal. I think you can do Lil better
