2017 Lexus RX Lease Deals and Prices

In Southern CA looking to lease 2017 FWD RX for 36/15K or 36/18K. Vehicle MSRP is 52,800. Edmunds puts the True Market value at 48,800. Given this, what sought of lease payments I'm I looking at? I would like no more than $500 monthly with zero down.

$500 lease cash + complimentary 1st payment.

$586/mo.+tax, if all other costs are paid upfront.

considering their current offers and incetives 1000 lease cash and any other offer if present
i also have family member w Lexus if adds any benefit incentive..

Assuming the $2000 pays all of your fees and DMV costs (should be more than enough, as the first payment is covered by Lexus), then I get $490/mo.+sales tax.

Happy to report I was able to get my deal worked out on a 2017 Lexus RX350. Pretty much fully loaded, MSRP of 53,070. I signed a 36 month lease with 12K miles/year for $575/month. 0 down, nothing due @ signing with Lexus also paying my first month. I could have maybe pushed for a little more, but overall am very happy with the deal!

Monthly payment $604 with 9 MSD
I was told 67% is residual. -- Can someone confirm it
I think dealer is charging $595 as processing fee and $2000 for taxes/tags

Is this a good price

67% is correct for 24/15.
Did they give you the money factor used?
Tax looks about right. I think VA is 4.17% of the full selling price.

Did you ask for a 36 month quote? The residual is 61%, and that might result in a lower payment.

Looks good, relative to MSRP.

NJ taxes the sum of the payments, and collects the money up front. We suggest you roll that amount into the cap cost and pay it monthly.

What kind of discounts are people getting from MSRP, before the $500 lease cash, first month's payment, and loyalty rebate (if applicable)?

My 2015 RX 350F lease is expiring in March 2017 and the dealer is telling me that it would be best to roll the lease now with the December to Remember incentives. I'm also 3,000 miles over my limit.

You'd have to run the numbers both ways to see if it makes sense to jump now or at lease end. Dealers will say almost anything to make a sale, even if it's not in your best interest.

I terminated my last lease two months early and was over the mileage limit. And, I had damage to my car. All in, dealer and I figured about $2000 total charges (2 payments + mileage charge + damage). We split the difference for the new lease.

Do some research and see what makes sense.

36/15 is 61% for base FWD or AWD; 62% for FWD F-Sport, AWD F-Sport and 450h.

Dealer cannot modify the residual; it is set by the bank.

I'm within .01 of your calculated payment.

We recommend rolling everything but the DMV costs into the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, the state won't reimburse you for the tax you paid upfront but didn't benefit from.
