    Here are NY deal terms I received and pulled the trigger on for a 2017 Infiniti Q50 3.0t Premium AWD with Premium Plus Package, Illuminated Kick Plates, Splash Guards and Cargo Package:

    MSRP: $46,085
    Sale Price: $37,506 (note: Invoice = $43,124)
    Cap Cost Reduction: 0
    Net Cap Cost: $37,506
    Term: 39 months
    Mileage Allowance: 15,000 per year
    MF: 0.00003 (0.07%)
    Residual: 51%
    Sales Tax Rate (NY): 8.625%
    Monthly Payment: $360.87 before taxes / $392.11 with taxes rolled in

    Out of pocket will be first month's lease payment ($392.11), acquisition fee ($700), tax on acquisition fee and DMV charges (less than $200 total).

    Whoops, that should be 61%.

    1% residual would result in an unaffordable monthly payment.
    But you could buy the car for about $500 after 3 years of payments. With near zero percent money factor it would probably end up looking a lot like a 3 year zero percent loan I would guess.

    I got the following numbers from dealer in New Jersey on 2017 Q50 3.0 AWD premium plus, navigation pkg, premium paint, ilium kick plates, MSRP 46,170, 39 mos, 18k, selling price 37,501, residual $22,571, net cap cost 39,231( which includes sales tax rolled into lease and 2 remaining lease payments....2 are being forgiven), $425 per month, $2000 at signing for MV fees, first month payment, bank fee and documentation fee). Seems high to me. Thoughts? If I add driver assist pkg, cost(with MSRP of $48,320) goes up to $447 per month.

    Relative to MSRP, and given the extra miles you want and the old lease payments being added in, it's not that bad of a deal.

    36/15 numbers are .00003 and 51%. With your MSRP and net cap, I get $404/mo. Extra miles account for the extra cost to $425.

    Could you tell us what dealer in NY?
    is this residual for Q50 3.0T Premium AWD 36M & 39M / 12K the same @53%?
    53% is the correct residual for both 36/12 and 39/12

    I finally leased my 2017 Q50 Red Sport in Iridium Blue with graphite interior and Premium Plus package on Friday with 12,000 miles and nothing down except first months payment and DMV for $518/month.

    Ended up leasing 2017 q50 3.0 sport awd with driver assist, maple wood and more, total MSRP 56,870, selling price of 50,230. 39/10k. Paying $486/mo, tax inclusive (7%), $0 out of pocket with dealership covering first payment as well. Hunted for red sport initially but then test drove the 3.0 sport, felt it packs enough power as it is. Red sport awd with driver assist was leasing at $510/mo.

    I can't imagine you'd be able to use the extra 100+ HP of the Red Sport on normal roads all that much.

    Of course, my daily driver has 150HP. :smile:
