So was offered a 2017 acura tech package lease in NY. 4 cyllinder. $32,150 selling price, $20,289 residual, MF 0.00083

Payments of $405 per month all in with $2,000 down and $12K per year for 39 months

Trading in a honda lease with ~$2,000 negative equity

Is this a good deal

    To get to $405/mo, you'd need about $2200 in charges added to the selling price. (assuming your $2000 covers the negative equity)
    1st payment, $595 acquisition, $1200-$1250 tax, then DMV charges? Looks about right.
