Those residuals are amazing. Does Jaguar allow MSD's to get that MF down? If so, how many do they allow? Thanks in advance.

Seems doubtful. Jaguar Finance is Chase, and they likely don't have an MSD program.

Is there any lease support for remaining 2016 F-TYPE's? Looking at 2016 S AWD Automatic for 10K miles (most favorable lease term)? Also, what would the terms be for RWD, instead, same specs.

Sorry, Coupe variant in both instances

Sorry, Coupe variant in both instances

    .00279 MF
    53%/50% residual for 39/10, for RWD/AWD

Looks like $11000-$14000 of "final support" on those models.
I assume that dealer money is compatible with this lease program.

Its through US Bank. What are the pros/cons ?

Jag has $2000 credit, and Im being told the US Bank deal is better than going through Jag+additional $2k off

We don't have the US Bank numbers, so can't tell you if the MF is marked up, or if they are better or worse than the Jaguar Credit numbers.

3rd party banks don't have as much interest in retaining you as a customer, so the end of lease charges could be higher.

Am I reading this correctly? Are these Jaguar Financial and US Bank MF/Residuals listed here for 36mo / 10k miles? These residuals seem really high. If these are accurate it seems like a really good deal, especially when combined with the discounts seen online.

Be sure to check out US Bank numbers on a base coupe - just got one and it was unbelievably better deal than the one through Jaguar Financial (Chase Bank). FYI edmunds can't provide you US Bank numbers. You'll have to get them elsewhere.

I'll check out USB rates elsewhere as I've heard they are pretty darn good but am concerned about hand back issues that aren't factored in.

Meantime, may I have numbers for
Base coupe and for base convertible automatics

There are no return issues written into either US bank lease I've got. I used them for a Land Rover LR4 and a Jaguar Base Coupe. The LR lease has a $350 disposition fee, the jag doesn't have one at all. All other language is standard leasing terms. Fairly lenient rules on things like early termination, etc as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, I heard rumors which concerned me but what you've mentioned makes me fee better. Going to jag in sunday!

I am interested in leasing an F-Type (Base Model), dealer locally said $499 or $529 for 36/12 or 36/15. I mentioned about waiting potentially for the 2018 model and he said there will most likely not be a deal close as good to this one right now. Is that true or is it him just trying to get me to lease it?

Speaking of, any info as to when the 2018 model will be released? I assumed in March?

Never trust a salesman.  There will always be deals as long as the sun is in the sky.  IIRC the previous model years of the ftype have all eventually dropped in lease price as the model comes to the end of the year, especially the base.  There was $10k on the hood of '16 models as 2017 came in to shift them.

The 2018 car has to have back up camera as standard to meet regulations, and will also sport a new infotainment system as standard.  Also the design is due a tweak in about a year - so if you can hold out another year then maybe you could get a good deal on a better spec'd car.

Thanks for the information. Yes I completely understand to never trust a salesman, his point was the residual will drop though when the new model comes out. But yeah honestly I like the idea of what the '18 will offer. I just don't know what kind of lease deals it will have when it's new, if it will be able to be in a similar ball park as the current '17 deal.
