They have an MSRP of $40,605, price of $36,514.19, putting $668.99 down and a rebate of $1375. They are charging a acq fee of $595 and doc fee of $700 and gave a money factor of .00164 for credit, but I'm still getting a lower number. They have $499 + tax. Do you mind running numbers and seeing what you have??

Generally, no. 36 months is the sweet spot for Nissan leases.

My Deal on Saturday 1/21/17 in Downers Grove, IL Bill Kay.

2017 SL Premium Package AWD, Pearl White 12k 36mo

Dealer early lease buyout (12 months early) total $607 of 2015 Pathfinder SL, Tech.

Monthly Payment including tax, $452

Cash as signing $452 + $220 for plates and title = $672

MSRP was $42,500 roughly (don't have paperwork with me)

Two rebates $500 lease rebate and $1,000 rebate via one to one rewards for servicing prior Nissan's at this dealer. Not exactly sure how this works, but it was in the deal and I signed a paper for it.

I feel like this is a great deal, thoughts?
