2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lease

Hello, Can anyone knowledgeable tell me what the following details would be on a good deal for a 2017 Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 for a 36 month lease in Chicago area? I drive 18,000 miles/yr.

-Residual
-money factor (good credit)

I'm concerned the dealer is overstating the "Agreed Value" on my quote of $46,781 which is making the Gross Capital Cost of $49,370.64 more than necessary. The dealer had stated previously that the car would cost $43,281 - I think they are pulling a switcharoo. Also, the money factor of .003189 seems very high but I need a baseline average to compare it to. I think I can work with this dealer but it's so unfortunate they always try to hoodwink people. Any thoughts are appreciated by those in the know. Thank you!

.00007 MF and 54% residual for 36/15. We only have residuals for up to 15K/yr.
Those are Chrysler Capital numbers. Your dealer may be using another bank.

Money factors only go out to five digits, so ask them to verify that number.

As far as the "Agreed Value", it's possible their original quote included a rebate, which has to be subtracted from the agreed value to match the "cost.
But, they should be able to show the math.

That is the base number for top tier credit. Insist on it.

Is the Net CAP cost after CAP cost reduction left over from the $3000 upfront?
If so, then $380/mo.

I'll guess this lease isn't through Chrysler Capital, and comes with a big rebate, but also higher money factor.

I have attached a screenshot the dealer quote. I belive Net CAP is after $3000 upfront and rebates.

I definitely wasn't through Chrysler Capital and they mentioned they could lower the money factor if they ran the credit through US Bank.

To clarify, are you saying I should be negotiating down to the region of $380 per month?

Really appreciate the advice!

They use USBank because FCA provides that big $5500 rebate, if they don't run it through Chrysler Capital. Hopefully, they only use USBank because it results in a lower payment.

Not at all.. That was just a calculation using the numbers you provided. But, the lease isn't through Chrysler Capital, so those numbers are invalid.

If it's the lowest money factor, then no, you can't negotiate it lower.

Standard MF and 50%/49% residual for 36/39 months.
56% residual for 24/10.

Doesn't look like there is any support for 2017 models.
