IF YOU JUST SIT - AND REV THE ENGINE IN PARK ---OR N ---IT WILL NOT GO OVER 3000 RPMs --AND THEN WILL GO UP AND DOWN ON THE RPMs -----IM A ASE MASTER TECH -RETIRED --MY GOOD FRIENDS CAR --HELP --LIKE THIS SITE

    The system has a rev limiter designed into it that does not allow it to run over about 3K rpm in park/neutral.

    Was there something else going on that you are looking for when you found this?
