Loyalty is a separate incentive from the lease bonus - they should combine.

A T5 Inscription FWD 6 grand off MSRP which was in the 54500 range, 39 months, 12K miles, MF of 00026. Something like 635 a month including taxes.
They also gave me an offer of a T6 Inscription AWD, 9K off a 62,200 MSRP, of which 600 of the MSRP was for LoJac, I likely can refuse the Lojac and save an additional 600 bucks. That price was in the 650 range I believe.
Do these numbers sound like a deal? I surprised by the amount they are willing to take off which then has me concerned there is something I am missing. Sorry, lack of trust with the car industry
T6 is .00020 MF
Both models have a $2000 lease incentive.
Those are big discounts, but the residuals are down around 50%, so it takes a big discount to get a decent lease payment.

T5 Inscription
MSRP - 57655
Sales Price 52000
With docs and varies other fees to include tax total cash price is 57107.
Residual is 29754
39 / 12K Lease is 709.05 per month including taxes.
the CA tax rate is 9.75.
does this seem like accurate numbers, and is it a fair deal?

I don't see a lease term mentioned.
On the surface, $499/mo + tax (9% in PA) is a decent payment on a $59K car.

Seems pretty reasonable for a $51,000 car. And a decent discount.

I agree with the discount. I would suggest rolling the acquisition fee into the payment.
Other than that, if you're comfortable with the discount from sticker, not much to complain about.

We don't recommend the cap reduction - that money would be lost if the car is stolen and totaled, and it masks the true cost of the lease.

thank you!!
Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost, and how they got to that number from the selling price.
Is this the Momentum or Inscription trim?

Politely tell the dealer you won't sign anything where the MF is marked up; they know what the base rate is.

As I wrote this, another local dealership emailed me offering 699 a month with 699 down (for the exact same vehicle), but claimed they couldn't release their MF or Residual.. I always thought that those numbers would be consistent with all dealerships, but I guess not.. thanks again!
But, if you are getting a better deal, then they aren't likely to have a markup

Just so I'm reading that correctly, volvo is giving $7713 off for a T5 lease?
Do you know if these can be combined with thier "pull ahead" program as well?
Thanks!
