Car Buying Advice- Good deals or Not on these Acuras?

My wife and I are looking to lease a 2017 Acura TLX and RDX, both with Tech packages. Using the information here, I came up with my own numbers as far as cost of leasing.

This is the dealers quote on the RDX:

MSRP (with Add-ons): $40814
Discount $4600
Net Price: $36214
Residual: $22594
MF: .00103
Fees: $1287
Sales tax: 20.76

36 month lease, 15k/yr, payment is $490 with first payment due at signing

Quote on the TLX:

MSRP (with Add-ons): $40340 (475)
Discount $7000
Net Price: $33815
Residual: $20573.4
MF: .00103
Fees: $1287
Sales tax: 20.76

36 month lease, 15k/yr, payment is $477.67 with first payment due at signing

I've asked for a breakdown on the fees and the adjusted Cap Costs. I'm thinking they can do a lot better on the RDX and some better on the TLX as my numbers aren't matching theirs by at least $50/month.

Opinions?

    RDX:
    .00119 MF and 56% residual
    $2750 incentives
    TLX:
    .00103 MF and 51% residual
    $4250 incentives

Is that sales tax number the upfront sales tax? Or, the monthly sales tax?
    What state and tax rate?

You need the adjusted CAP cost and a breakdown of the fees. Acquisition fee is $595

The sales tax number should be 3% of the payment as verified by the NC DOR. I'e asked for the breakdown and waiting.

Cap cost on the TLX is 33815, cap cost on the RDX 36214

    Fee Breakdown is:

Doc fee - $598 (charges for paperwork processing)
DMV - $94 (Title and License fees)
Acquisition Fee - $595 (salesman has no idea what this one is)

I thought those numbers were the selling price? (MSRP minus discount?)
If only the first payment is due at signing, you have to add those fees to the price, to get the adjusted CAP cost.

Let me try it this way.  This is the breakdown on the 2017 TLX V6 with Tech.

    MSRP - $40340
    Add ons - $475
Discount - $7000  (I assume this is discount towards invoice plus dealer cash of $4250)

So, I calculate selling price to be $33,815.

Dealer Fees are $1287 for a gross Cap Cost of $35102.  In my spreadsheet, this is also Adj. Cap Cost.

Residual is 51% with MF at .00103.  Depreciation amount is $14286.35 or 396.84/mon.

Monthly Rent Charge is $35102 (adj cap costs) and $20815.65 (monthly rent charge) or $454.44

Add tax at 3% per monthly payment and you get $468.07.

Does that help?  Good deal or not?

    $40340 MSRP
$35102 adjusted CAP (first time you gave me this number)
    .00103 MF
    51% residual

    $403.57/mo. depreciation
    $57.35/mo. rent charge
    $460.92/mo.+tax = $474.75/mo.

So, on the TLX, they are within a couple dollars a month.

Thanks kyfdx. I'm going to assume the RDX is inline, since most dealers are willing to match it after some hemming and hawing. The words "very aggressive" have been used more than once.
