What state is this?

Need to know the adjusted cap cost, if you are rolling everything into the lease.

With your prices, I get $161/mo before tax.

63% is for 12,000 miles per year. You didn't specify, so I quoted the 15,000 residual of 61%

Ask the dealer for a full accounting of the $1200 - don't want any junk fees slipped in.

This seems the best place to ask this since it's 2017. I have found a new 2016 Fit EX and a used 2016 Fit EX with only 2000 miles and I would like to lease one. Do you know Honda Financial money factors on new and used 2016 models? The dealer doesn't want to go through Honda Financial and won't tell me their money factors. They keep trying to sneak quotes from local banks with upcharges of 2% per year. I know they're not making much off these cars but I'm getting annoyed with them. Thanks.

There are no Honda Finance programs for any 2016's, so your dealer may have no choice but to use a local or third party bank to fund the lease.
