If they add incentives and the residual stays the same, your payment goes down. Why do you care about real world resale value, unless you already own one? When your lease is up, you give it back.

I would like information/advice on this.

2017 Acura TLX base model, for 36 12k miles. Long Island, NY.
I'm offered: $265 12k 36 months. about 1800 due at signing.

I'm aware 2018 model is coming out soon and is this a good price? what should I negotiate it down to?

I do not know the selling price at the moment.

You need those numbers to evaluate a lease.
Our members have told us that they just added $2000 to the incentives through the end of the month. You likely won't be able to lease a TLX cheaper than you can right now.
Of course, you should still negotiate the lowest price possible.

I have two dealers in So. Cal offering the following: 2017 TLX Base, 12K/ year. $688 drive off and $265/Month including tax. Today only.

So to confirm, there is a real good deal on at the moment.

$5500 in incentives on the 4-cylinder, if our other members are correct.

$699 dealer fee? Is this Florida?
Does your state collect tax upfront on a lease? If not, the numbers given aren't applicable.

Yes I'm in FL. I'm not sure how tax is handled on a lease here. What do I need to find out to tell if this is a good deal?

I live in Florida, I am on my 5th lease. Taxes are collected with your monthly payments, never upfront here in FL. I always have the $699 dealer fee waived, this I do right at the tail end of the dealing otherwise they can find a way to collect it in some other fee. If they dont then I walk out, but I can't blame you if you really like the car. Is it a V6 or 4 cyl? This car is on my next lease list.

Florida taxes the monthly payment. You need a real lease quote that includes the adjusted CAP cost, and a reconciliation of the numbers that only apply to a lease.

Can't answer that - you could push for more of a discount with the dealer, but we don't track selling prices.

51% and .00103 for both trims.

We show the $4250 of lease cash, but others have noted an additional $2000 available.

As the lease cash is factory to dealer, it's not likely to be part of the TMV price calculations.

No information on loyalty or conquest incentives.

4cylTech: .00117 MF and 54% residual. $3500 lease cash
6cyl: .00103 MF and 56%/54% residual for base/tech. $4250 lease cash

We've heard from other members that there is $2000 extra lease cash, but we don't have that info, so can't tell you when that would expire. The lease cash I listed is good through April (as are the rest of the numbers)

Not impressive deal. With 36/12K and almost same numbers I'm paying $339/month, $339 was due at signing. I added remote start as well. Check my posts in 2016 TLX thread.

The money factor .00103 for V6 posted here for top tier credit is wrong. I have excellent credit rating and signed my lease with .0006 MF.

Michaell, I signed my lease last August when you posted same numbers. I negotiated another car yesterday from same dealer and he showed my previous deal. The money factor in their system was as low as .0006.

Here in the northwest I had a couple dealers confirm the 6250 in dealer incentives. And they all stated the MF as .00103.

If I were you I would ask for another $1,000 of discount. If they have the same incentives in Texas as they do in Washington then they should be able to do it. Worst thing they say is no.

Just got a TLX v4 tech in NorCal, 36/10,000, Price 28,000 + $600 lease fee + $400 registration/tax/fees, and with 1000 down, it came out to be about $290/m +tax. Many thanks to everyone for the information.
