    Dealer offered MF of .00187 and 61%\60% residuals. Thanks for your input. Now I know I am being overcharged.

    Working with dealer on lease. Here is specifics on offer:

    2017 Audi SQ5 Premium Plus 36/10

    Net Cap Cost: $58,800
    MF: .00145
    Residual %: 61% ($38,918)
    Payment: $825

    Is this a good deal? When I calculate payment separately, I come up with $763.82. You help in understanding this is greatly appreciated.

    What are the MF and residual on an SQ5 in DC (the dealer is in VA)? MSRP is $61350 and the Cap cost is $58000. The lease is 36mos/10k miles.

    State: MI
    MSRP - $61325
    Adjusted Cap cost $57,999/ (after discounts)
    36/12K, residual 60%, MF 0.00195
    $1500 down (title, plate, acquisition fee), $808/month inc Taxes

    Thnx. With Audi care it will be $820/ including taxes. So basically they're charging me approx $37/month with 0.00195 MF.

    I found a SQ5 in a different state (Missouri) and I live in northern Ohio. Would MF and residual be determined by dealer location or my residence? Any update for April for a 2016 SQ5 P+ 36/10k lease?

    Lately, the Audi numbers have been regional, but I think OH and MO are in the same (Central) region.

    That said, we haven't yet seen the April Audi program numbers.
