That's correct. Some rebates might be compatible with lease cash, but most are for purchase only.

All of the figures matched up when I ran them, the x factor was the APR, was going off their number not sure if it was marked up. I would also like to get a the sale price of $23,495 down by another $500-$700 but the sales manager said there isn't much room on the lower end of the Fusion model range and wouldn't budge.

I thought so as well, especially when my brother can go from a 2008 Focus into a brand new car for only $30 more/month. I assume the APR/MF and residual check out for 36/12?

Sorry, lease cash is what I meant. Is that list of lease cash amounts available? Essentially, we're open to different trims levels, so we're looking to see which trim level has the most "worth it" lease cash amount.

Sorry, lease cash is what I meant. Is that list of lease cash amounts available? Essentially, we're open to different trims levels, so we're looking to see which trim level has the most "worth it" lease cash amount.

The lease cash doesn't vary by trim level - there is one amount for gas ($2000), another for hybrid ($3500) and another for the Energi ($7032)

After sitting on this for a few days the sales manager called and asked if we could get the deal done. I asked if the sale price could be lowered by another $500 and he said he couldn't (or wouldn't) do that but he would provide a voucher for $500 for the service department, which he recommended using on tires since the car will undoubtedly need those before the lease term is up. His reasoning was they added in a $500 college grad incentive even though my brother is still in school and he had very little room on the price since it's a basic Fusion. Everything else lined up and I think it's a pretty good deal overall and the car is nice, especially in the Sport version which I may consider when my A4 lease is up in September. My brother is happy so that's all that matters in this case.

I'm not sure if this is allowed so I apologize if not but the dealer is Kenny Ross Ford in Southwest PA and the details are below if it helps anyone else out. My father has purchased his cars there for the last 15 years and has always liked them but this was my first time dealing with them and we came away satisfied.

Cap Cost $23,495 (~4.1% discount)
