Yes... they are the buy rates, as set by BMWFS for top tier credit.

Hey guys have a question. Please check out the following link: http://www.bmwgroupfleet.com/

The deal is good until 5/1/17 and says you have 60 days to lock in your deal/rate.

Offer not valid in Puerto Rico. Lease financing available on a new 2017 BMW X5 xDrive40e iPerformance from participating BMW centers on leases assigned to BMW Financial Services through May 1, 2017. Monthly lease payments of $587.00 for 36 months based on MSRP of $65,133.00. $5,012.00 cash due at signing is based on $3,500.00 down payment, $587.00 first month payment, $925.00 acquisition fee, and $0.00 security deposit (not all customers will qualify for security deposit waiver). Tax, title, license, registration and dealer fees are additional fees due at signing. Program available from participating BMW centers to eligible, qualified customers with excellent credit history who meet BMW Financial Services credit requirements. Payments do not include applicable taxes. All figures presented are examples only. Actual MSRP may vary. Lessee responsible for insurance during the lease term and any excess wear and tear as defined in the lease contract, $0.25/mile over 10,000 miles per year and a disposition fee of $350 at lease end. Purchase option at lease end (excluding tax, title, and other government fees) is $36,509.00. Offer valid through May 1, 2017 and may be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Qualified rate lock applicants must take delivery within 60 days of initial lock. An additional Corporate Fleet Incentive of $1,500 off MSRP and .00020 Lease Rate reduction applied. $3,000 Lease Credit is a credit against the MSRP on the lease of a X5 xDrive40e iPerformance. All Credits valid through May 1, 2017. Credits may be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Visit your authorized BMW center for important details. Models pictured in advertisements may be shown with metallic paint and/or additional equipment.

The dealer is telling me you have to take delivery by 5/1/17 which will be impossible if we order an X5 that can't be found anywhere.

    Based on what it states:

Offer valid through May 1, 2017 and may be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Qualified rate lock applicants must take delivery within 60 days of initial lock. An additional Corporate Fleet Incentive of $1,500 off MSRP and .00020 Lease Rate reduction applied.

Any help would be appreciated. Unfortunately there is no phone number to call BMW and ask!

Found the corporate number and they confirmed as long as you order before 5/1/17 you are good for all incentives for lease or purchase.

    .00146 MF and 55% residual for 36/15.
Add 2% or 3% for lower mileage tiers.

Hi experts, I have credit score of 800+, will that help to lower money factor during the negotiation process.
Do I need to put any money down?

If the msrp states 64000, what is the Percentage off I can ask . Can I ask for 7%?,

    Thanks

.00146 is the base MF for top tier credit

7% off MSRP is a good target - if you can get more, more power to you

I get $721/mo before tax with those prices.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and what's been added to the $59,500 to get there.

How much are they asking for at signing?

Can you confirm April residuals for x5d? It appears that there is a $2000 lease credit on the diesel for the month, can you confirm?

Also can you confirm the AARP discount? I understand it to be $1500 lease credit and 0.0002 MF reduction.

    No incentive information, this month.

The fleet discount is $1500 lease credit and .00020 MF reduction, as noted.

    Hello

Thanks for providing support on such an important purchase as the car purchase is!

I would like to ask you to confirm the April MF and residuals for a 2017 X5 s35i for 36 months and 15K?

The dealer came up with 7% off, right off the bat:
    MSRP 63,549
    Sale price 59,100
    MF 0.00146
    Residual for 15k miles 55%
I am gonna put zero down.

The offer seems to be in line with the information presented on your website except from the 10% sribmw got on his deal. My feeling is that they have more room here what do you think?

This is exactly the same 7% I got three years ago, on my X3. MSRP was $43K and sale price $40 back then but there was no manufacturer incentive available.
Do you think I should push for more?

Thank you for your valuable support!!

I need your opinion again and I thank you in advance for it.

The dealer has just gotten back to me with the below message saying that the money factor just went up. Whaaat ?
Also have any of you heard of tax on rebate and tax on acquisition? Never seen those before and I feel like he is trying to offset the $500 more that he's just chipped in?

"I did not forget about you! BMW did release their new programs and the residual stayed the same, $2,000 rebate is still available; but the factor did go up to .00150. With the booming markets, rates keep going up! We can lock in the rate and programs for your order. The build time for the X5 is only 4-6 weeks. I adjusted the price for you, here are the numbers based on the build below:

    MSRP: $63,549
    Sale Price: $60,500
    Rebate: $2,000
New Price: $58,500 (after rebate) [vs. 59.100 offered initially]
    36 month lease
    15,000 miles per year = 55% residual
    .00150 factor [vs. 0.00146]
    Fees Only = $3,406.87
    $799 + tax = $868.48

Here is the fees break down:

    $925 - BMW Acquisition Fee
    $389 - Doc Fee
    $172 - Tax on rebate
$79.56 - Tax on Acquisition Fee
    $868.48 - First Month Payment
    $972.83 - First Year Plates

    Thanks so much

It is hard to believe there is a tax on acquisition fee. What the heck is that a tax on tax??
Never seen that in my previous leases, I am 100% sure

The acquisition fee is not a tax - it is assessed by the bank to start your lease.

Thanks for the quick response! We are eligible for the BMW Group Fleet program that says there is a .00020 reduction in money factor for the participants - do you believe that would be reduced from the .00150?

    Hi all-

Quote I got from a NJ dealer:

    2017 x5 xDr50i
    36/10k
    sticker: $82,995.
    monthly payment: $1,010.
    Taxes and fees upfront
    He confirmed the .00150 MF

What he will not give me is the sale price after rebates etc... not sure why, but said I had enough info to back into the sales price.

Is this deal in the ballpark?

    Thanks

    .00150 MF and 58% residual
If all other charges are paid upfront, then the selling price and adjusted CAP cost would be about $77,700.

Who knows what "taxes and fees upfront" will turn out to be, though. A lot of garbage can be fit through that hole. The lack of detail would have me shopping elsewhere.

Thanks for the feedback. They went down to $925 with taxes/fees upfront, and here is that breakdown:

The Taxes and Fees breakdown as follows
NJ Taxes - $3,009 (This includes the luxury tax for any vehicle over $40,000)
    First Month Payment - $925
Bank Fee - $925 (This is also called the acquisition fee)
    Documentation Fee - $75
Estimated NJ Registration Fee - $450 (If it costs us less to register the car we refund you the difference)
Tire Waist Management Fee - $10
    The total comes to $5,394
