2010 Hyundai santa fe Air conditioner fan area makes clicking noises only when max is turned on?

My 2010 Hyundai Santa fe air condition make a loud clicking sound when turned on, now let me explain, if I turn on the heat, or the fan, or air conditioning it does not make any abnormal sounds it is only when I turn on the max air button, it will start making the loud clicking sound.

    I have a 2008 Hyunda Santa Fe and it has been doing it for several years. I never could find out why. It was in the shop a few times and now I just live with it. Did you ever get an answer as to why it does it.
