When you say "Used", does that mean it's a CPO, or does it mean a demo or loaner vehicle that hasn't been titled? The former is not eligible for new car lease rates; the latter are.

FWIW, we suggest you roll the acquisition fee into the cap cost and not pay it up front. Limit the up front costs to the first payment, the DMV costs and (if you use them), the MSD monies.

Not sure if MB will allow a MF as low as .00002; there is likely a minimum MF, but don't know what it is for MBFS.

And, a small typo - you have the acquisition fee as $796 in the second column drive off costs.

I took pics of all 3 of them during the negotiations showing the different rates, I have emailed the GM and sent him a copy, checking with salesman now, Thanks for reviewing in it. Anywhere else could extra charges come from as you could tell from the uploaded docs? I want to be certain that I'm not faulting them at no cause.

Is the dealer making any extra money when the pull this type of tricks? I would assume that is MBFS the one that gets the benefit. So why?

Thanks a lot @Michaell and @kyfdx, the link to calc your own lease saved me $4161 on the term of the lease! The GM was great, he put a different fin manger to correct the deal, MF back to .00037 with autopay on a W4 GLE! Lesson learned the hard way, learn how do the calc, and make sure to rework all the number before signing it, as the lease agreement does not show the MF on any of the work sheets!

Not sure of MBFS exactly, but generally, the bank pays the dealer 70% of the total difference, and gives it to them upfront. So, figuring in the time value of money, the dealer gets about all of it. Similar to when they mark up the financing rate. The bank receives the extra money over time, but the dealer benefits from an upfront payment.

Glad it worked out. Some banks show the money factor on the contract, but most don't. It's always a good idea to put your calculator to the final numbers, just to see if they make sense.

What should I be able to negotiate down an msrp of 66k to? I've seen a couple people getting 10.5k off on this post. I have USAA and would be switching from a BMW.

Also with all the infinite wisdom what would I need to be at price wise to be OTD around $700/month no money down?

The dealer can mark up the MF for more profit.

Politely tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF has been marked up. You don't need to disclose the base MF; they know what it is.

Adjusted cap cost is the negotiated selling price plus any taxes and fees you are not paying up front. Looking at your prices again, I see that the total price is higher than the MSRP, which leads me to believe the taxes and fees are already included, if you were given an almost $6000 discount.

With your quoted prices, I get $1195/mo with the base MF of .00125

The 36/12 residual is 55%, not 54%
You are doing just one MSD?
MSDs are rounded up.. so, $600 or $650.

@kyfdx - Thanks for residual correction. I'll do as many MSD's as I can up to 5, after which the MF can't go any lower. I don't know if there is a minimum MF. See any issues with my calculator final payment? Also, if I plan to buy the car at the end of lease, is the only cost residual + sales tax, or will any other fee's be added.

I don't know the minimum money factor either.. It's not likely to be higher than .00005, though.

The calculator is correct. There may be a purchase fee, but I don't know.. Basically, it's residual + tax + DMV fees. You can ask the dealer and check out the contract for any extra fees.

If you are paying everything else upfront, the the calculation is correct.

Is that a good deal? Can't tell you. But, they seem to be aggressive on the GLE, so I'd definitely shop around.

@ Michaell and KYFDX - Closed a deal on GLE350 today. Thanks for your help on this board. The lease autopay and MSD's worked out perfectly, checked against my calculator, and my negotiated selling price hit a fair (aggressive) target. I ended with a 0.00002 MF after 5 MSD's (great deal).
