Car Buying Advice - 2017 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES good lease deal?

Hi- I'm in Columbus, OH. I just got a quote of $478.51 monthly payment for 36 mos. on 2017 Odyssey. MSRP is $39,040. Selling price/adjusted selling price is $34,666/$35,491. Residual is $20,000. Money factor is .001190.

Is this a good deal? I was thinking it might be a tad high...

    How many miles per year?

    How much is due at signing? What does it cover?

    Residual for 36/15 is 56% - with your prices, I get $447/mo before tax?

    Hi- I ended up at a different dealer. I ended up with $389/month all fees and tax included in that payment. They were able to give me $1951 for my current van which lowered the payment to this final number.

    I was quoted 452/mo inc tax for 15000 lease on EXL w rear seat entertainment. Good deal??? 18k would be 474/mo inc tax. Going up to touring would be a large jump 540/mo for 15k. That seems high for the routing. Input? These are with just 1st payment due

    What state/tax rate?
    What selling price?
