2016 Highlander drop something in back access area

I opened the back access panel (located on left side of trunk area) of a 2016
highlander and dropped a flashlight which seems to be a wheel well or
something. I haven't been able to reach with 10" extenders, since plastic I
can't use a magnet.

Is there anyway to reach this? I see there is additional back storage
underneath the back truck area that seems adjacent to the area I dropped it
but not sure if it is easy to remove.

I didn't want to take to dealership given they said they would charge and
flashlight worth like $5, just don't want it rolling around if possible. Any
suggestions or trunk diagrams would be appreciated

I assume you mean this panel?

Is the flashlight on? Can you see it? I suppose it's possible that it's lodged above the wheel well liner and you might be able to get at it that way. Or maybe a big ball of something sticky like Gorilla tape on the end of a stick to push down on the flashlight and carefully pull it back up?

Still poking around for images. SOMEBODY must have run into this problem before and posted pics or video
