Where are you guys seeing $2000 in lease cash? On Lexus's site http://www.lexus.com/models/offers and on my local dealers's sites it says there is $1500 lease cash. That'd be great if it was $2000!

Lexus incentives are regional. We don't have all the regional data. Could be $1500 where you live

58% looks like the 36/10 residual. So, I'd check on that.

agreed. thanks. I wrote down everything on the sheet they gave me but yes, you're right, they're literally not adding up. Is the $1,250 rebate correct? I browsed back a bit and saw most people were getting $1,750?

I'm in Texas and am looking at various dealers for a Lexus IS 200t. From the above responses, I see the MF and Residuals for 36m/15k are .0005 and 55% respectively.

Two Questions:

1. Are these still accurate MF/Residuals in Texas?
2. Should I interpret the MF of 0.00050 as the MF I will pay, assuming that I qualify from a credit perspective (my FICO is >800)?

I've received mixed feedback from dealers regarding the MF.

2. Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit; if they try to do that, politely tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is inflated.
