Loud Squalling bearing weight

Hi guys, I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado and when I drive on flat surface, it sounds fine but if I hit a big hump in the road, I hear a loud squalling/scrapeing sound coming from the back end. It varies on the speed, if I crawl over the hump or bump it wont make the sound but if i go fast enough, anywhere from 20-50mph then it does it then it will go away. If I have weight in the back, its constant. any ideas?

well, I believe I have found it. The heat shield was bent dragging against the axle.
