Also, can you tell if there are any lease incentives in that market for the 2018s?

Are August numbers available yet? I would again be interested in the 2.5 Touring. 12k/36mo

I've pretty much decided on the Touring over the other two, as once I load them with Eyesight, upgraded audio, they come up so close to the Touring which adds all kind of extras along with the push button start.

I'm going to lease (likely in Dec or early Jan) and below is what I have come up with in terms of my negotiate selling price that I can then punch into the lease formula. Any thoughts??

If dealership #1 doesn't go for me coming in with my own accounting, I just take it to the next place.

With no down payment this puts my base lease payment at around $350 /mo

It's a 2015 BMW X1. It is the lease of an "Executive Demo car" which already had a few miles on it but they heavily discounted it and I just recently realized how low they also made the residual. I air-traveled a lot for work 2 years ago so I put very limited milage on it in the first year.
I put too much money on it as a down payment ect.. mistakes I wont make again after reading the advice of you guys on here.

If I can get out of in early I figured I could skip some of the BMW end of lease drama and make out "even" or somewhere in the black given the low-ish buyout number compared to the value I see on sites. (While trying to ignore the 4500k I put down on it. ) So I just started shopping early even though I'm probably going to enjoy the car a bit more before I switch to the super-practical Forester :-)

Generally speaking, it's best to ride out the lease to the end.

Have you taken the X1 to CarMax to get it appraised? That would be a good start. Alternatively, you can check with the experts in the "real world trade in values" thread.

.00120 is the lowest rate available. Dealers may attempt to mark it up by .00050 (that's maximum). That markup can be negotiated (or just refuse to accept it)
