On the topic of incentives, when I speak to the salesman and tell him there is 3750, or 4k in incentives he of course will ask where I got that from. What would be a good response? Yes they usually add the incentives, so how do you negotiate a sales price and then tell them you want the incentives on top of that?

You don't have to do any of that. You know about the incentives, so set your target price to include them. You don't have to tell the dealer what he already knows.

You don't.. Assume any price includes all incentives, unless the dealer says otherwise. Since you know the incentives, you can set your target price and stick to it.

Is the actual cost of the vehicle 38328. Would I then negotiate off of that price. I am actually looking for AWD or FWD with tech package. Any advice or further info is much appreciated.
