Looking at a 36/10K or 39/10K on a Fusion Sport for August 2017 in western NY. What should the residual and mf be? got a quote that seems way too high, current incentives at $3250, dealer had an advertised sale price before incentives of $33,995 and has me at $485/mo with just first payment drive off, 39mo 10k and gave me a residual of 45% and mf of .5%

Quick follow up question: Some dealers mention the $8007 lease cash, others don't. Is there a reason? The cash can be applied to any lease and comes from directly Ford correct? And it has to be a vehicle in stock I assume, can't be to-order.

Those that don't probably just offer a price that already includes it, without breaking it out.

Lease cash is from Ford credit.

So long as the transaction is completed by 9/5, I don't think it matters if the car is in stock or not. Are you thinking of a dealer trade, or a custom order? If the latter, I doubt you can order a 2017 this late in the year; likely to be building 2018's at this point.

I'm looking at a 2017 Ford fusion sport MSRP of 38875 sales price of 31001 leasing at 36 months 10,500 mile lease in Kentucky. What should my payments be. The dealer was telling me like 512. I have a degree in finance and didn't get close to that.
