What lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?

Lease incentives must be used to lower the capitalized cost.

What are the residual and money factor numbers for a 330i and 340i X Drive in new jersey for a 36/12?

Also what's a rule of thumb when rolling over any negative equity from my current lease? Looking to roll over about 2-3K and the calculations seem to go down the drain when I mention carryover. Should it be a straight amount carried over devided by the number of lease months for a rough number?

For a rough estimate, yes, just divide the negative equity by the lease term.

At this money factor, it's about $29/mo. per $1000 for 36 month term.

What car are you looking to trade in? That makes a big difference with the dealer.

Not a fan of deals that are structured to achieve a certain payment (under $500/mo, in this case).

Better to limit the up front cash to just first payment and DMV costs, and roll all other taxes and fees into the monthly payment.

What state and tax rate is this?

I totally agree with your zero out of pocket and usually structure my deals that way..

NY and total tax is 8.625%

There is $2k rebate plus a loyalty rebate for a total of $2750 for month of Oct when this was put together...

I see there is a $3k rebate for November...

This car was ordered and will be arriving sometime at the end of November or beginning of December..
