Trade

I recently bought a new Dodge Journey 2.4 I also paid to have leather put on the seats.
I am very unhappy with it.
When can I trade it in for a different vehicle?
The sales person who sold it to me said that the 4 Cyls are just as good as a 6 these days, that I wouldn't really see much difference.
I asked him when I could trade it in, so I'm checking to see if he was on the up and up with me on this one.
Thanx

You can trade-in anytime, but remember what's going to happen. Unless the dealer is giving you some kind of sweet deal, you're not likely to get the purchase price of the car in the trade. The old saying goes, "once it rolls off the. lot, it's a USED car", and that means the value drops.

What exactly did he tell you that has you wondering if he was on the up and up?
