I am looking at leasing a 2017 x5 Car was demo discounted from 58,786 to 51,567. It’s has 4,765 miles on it. The term I am looking at is 36 months with 10,000 miles a year allowance. I am putting 4,000 down. What could I expect for a payment? Also is there anything else I should ask for since it was a demo. Thank you for your time.

Is $58,786 the original MSRP? Or, just a previous asking price? To calculate a lease, you need the actual MSRP (and, we haven't seen any BMW MSRPs end in a 6).

    What state and tax rate?

    Isn't your tax rate 6.25%?
Texas taxes the full selling price, which hurts.

.00152 MF and 59% residual, less $1200 (to account for current mileage)

Adding $4200 for tax and acquisition fee, then subtract $3000 for the lease credit on this model, I get $664/mo, with first payment and DMV fees due at signing.
